John Kleven AS invest in the company Prodtex AB. John Kleven AS is an investment company from Ulsteinvik in Norway. The company’s largest investment is Kleven Maritime, in which John Kleven also is the largest shareholder. In addition, John Kleven AS invests in local companies, public companies and mutual funds.
Prodtex has delivered DELMIA software and developed extends within robotics in production at Kleven Maritime. “John Kleven AS sees that through this investment, we may be in a position where we can acquire strategic skills in a very important area for our most important investment, Kleven Maritime. We see the investment in Prodtex as a long-term investment” says Kjersti Kleven, Partner and Chairman at John Kleven AS and Kleven Maritime AS.

Prodtex began operations in September 2013 and is a company with strong development. The company currently has 15 employees and operates mainly in Automation and combines long experience in virtual production and understanding of industry challenges with an exciting and thought-out vision of the manufacturing industry’s future development.
We deliver solutions to the manufacturing industry and has specialized in the production of tools and equipment as well as software development and methodology around this. The company has a partnership agreement with Dassault Systèmes, and markets and sells its product portfolio, DELMIA in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
